I'm such a newbie at this, so please bear with me.
My first day raw was yesterday.
Here's my question:
What is up with peanut butter? How come nobody eats peanut butter? All these posts/recipes refer to almond butter?
Is peanut butter a no-no on a raw food diet?
Is there a way to have your peanut butter and eat it too, yet still be raw?
