    Default swollen lymph nodes

I'm in my 4th month of raw and noticed a few days ago that my lymph nodes is pretty swollen (under my right jaw). Its pretty painful at times and wonder if its a sign of detox or a deficiency of some kind. I did a search here and Google but really didnt find anything. I'm not in the position to see a doctor right now due to a lack of health insurance so I hope this will clear up soon. Any info on the link between lymph nodes and raw food will be appreciated. :)

I'm not a doctor, but I'm guessing you'll be told you're just detoxing.

Hope it goes away soon. Keep on truckin' :)

Default Swollen Lymph nodes ride on

Aloha, Carla I have been experiencing similar swolling. My mother asked me if I go punched in the face. Going through the detox is a very stage like process, but, it only makes me happy to know by body is enjoying the cleanliess and extremity and journey of it. Hope this was helpful, stay live, xoxo, Karla

    Default hmm

Ure lymph's are workin. Their cleaning. It's good. If you start feeling very sick and cant function then see a dr. But until then they are just cleaning.

I get that when my sinuses are bad so you are probably detoxing mucus. I haven't had much problem with it since I went mostly raw but when I cheat alot I do!!;)

Maybe rebounding would help the lymph node clean that junk out faster?

Thanks everyone - we'll see how it goes.

KatK, what do you mean by rebounding?

Rebounding is "jumping on a mini(deep bounce) trampoline".

And I've had lymph problems, and rebounding is the one thing besides putting hot and cold compresses on it (to open/close the lymph, to creating that pumping it needs to unclog it) that really helps with quick results.

    Hope you feel better soon!
