I am using sesame oil been doing it 2 weeks and nothing is going on AT ALL!

The first time I did it was with virgin coconut oil and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I may need to do some coconut oil tomorrow and then post on Monday if I feel the difference.

Really?? nothing?? no difference in whiteness or anything? hmmm.. wow... it would really be interesting to hear if you notice a difference after using the coconut oil.

that's what I'm using - mostly cuz i thought it would be the most tolerable taste wise -and also I read that it really helped to whiten teeth.

I'll be looking forward to reading your post on the results! ;)

    StarFire,

I was on the elevator today with a woman in her 50s who obviously bleached her teeth--they were practically blue they were glowing so bright! And I realized that my newly whiter teeth look so different; so...solid and strong? Is that it? Not a translucent white like overbleached teeth look. They just look uber healthy. See? ----->

I was OP at my friend's house earlier today (I got unrefined organic sunflower oil!) and about 10-12 minutes in the glands in my neck started hurting..quite a bit and they were swelling up. Now just the right one is a little sore

I thought that was interesting to share! Shows it's working

Default I did it, i did it.

It wasn't difficult either, i think i did it for about 10 min. and i started feeling muscus coming up and i spat it out.
My mouth feels all warm inside and i still want to cough it phelm.
My gums were sore yesterday so i hope this helps them:)
I used coconut oil because i can't get the sesame seed oil until the end of next week.
What oil do you use and how long do you oil pull and how many times a day?
I'm so glad that oil pulling came up on this forum:) at this time.
