I soak buckwheat, or sprout, and make Buckwheat Crispies (modified Sarma's Recipe for Raw Food and Wine to eliminate non raw Maple Syrup) for Cereal. They are awesome for cereals and granola's. I love them with strawberry pieces. ;)
