    Default Las Vegas

I'm going to be in Vegas for a bit in early August for a music festival. I know there's gotta be one or two people on here from Vegas... any tips? I'm gonna be staying on the UNLV campus, and don't know the area at all. See, I've never been to Vegas before...

Anyways, any help would be much appreciated!

    Cheers!

Do a "SEARCH" at the Top of this page. There are plenty of Threads and Post about being RAW in Vegas. One of them is the Go RAW Restaraunt.

Cool! I'll see if I can go there once or twice. Is it expensive? cuz I'm broke - and I mean REALLY broke.

My main concern is being able to find some good produce. I eat all organic almost all the time.

By the way, is organic produce more expensive in Vegas than usual? Or is it cheaper? I've heard both...

Still gotta find a flight and all *sigh*. Money just seems to fly out of my pocket when I'm broke.

yeah organic produce is expensive, but i dont think any more than anywhere else. Sunflower market has some good deals. and go raw isnt ridiculously expensive, but its not cheap either. lol i dont think i've ever seen a cheap raw place.

Gah! It looks like I might be stranded for a night. I'm gonna have to fly in a day early (July 31st instead of August 1st), which means figuring out lodging for the night. For some reason, when I was buying my tickets, I couldn't get the right flight back to Milwaukee on the 14th if I flew out to Vegas on the 1st... go figure.

So! I've gotta contact the music festival to see if I can move in a day early... but if that falls through, what's the cheapest place to stay for a night? I'm checking out the hostel websites right now. Any help would be much appreciated! Really!

    Many thanks,
    Eric
