My bf I were in Florida in February and we pretty much hit almost EVERY raw place we could find. We didn't go to Sublime - There didn't look to be any raw on the online menu. I think it just vegetarian and vegan now.
Dining in Raw in Key West is NOT an actual restaurant it is the home/business of Rita Romano who wrote the book Dining in the Raw. I think she might do raw chef classes there.
Sunshine and AJ's Food without Fire is gone. At least, my bf and I could not find it. We call the number and asked if they had any raw food and the guy didn't know what we were talking about! I think it is a different kind of restaurant now.
Tree of Zion we drove around to try and find it but got lost and gave up - we didn't have the number with us. I think it might still exist though - I think it might be open weird hours though.
Rhythm n Roots is also closed as far as I know. It was just a juice bar.
GrassRoots Organic Restaurant is very nice! They serve raw and vegan cooked. We got there at the last minute just as they were closing but they made use something to go!

Here are some more places we went too that were not mentioned:
The Present Moment Cafe in St. Augustine, Fl

Oh, this is so good! We got free cacao cake because it was someone birthday.
Raw Food Underground in Jupiter, Fl

Unfortunately, it looks like they are closed for summer! But they had the best raw burrito I have ever had - the raw tortilla shell wrap tasted just like a cooked one. It was like I wasn't even eating a raw burrito! The chef wouldn't tell us what was in it! She studied at Hippocrates. When they open again, make sure you get the coconut cream or key lime pie - they were to DIE for!
A must-do in Florida is definatley :
Glaser Organic Farms Farmers Market!
The market is open every Saturday on the SW corner of Grand & Margaret
Coconut Grove in Miami, FL
305 238-7747
www.glaserorganicfarms.com
This a raw foodists dream farmers market. SO much organic produce (even durians!) and raw dehydrated crackers and breads. It was unbelievable!
A few other places I would recommend if you are headed down towards the Keys are:
Robert is Here Fruit Stand
Near Homestead,Fl
http://www.robertishere.com/
Lots of organic produce - We got some free mangos from Robert himself.
Also, if you have time I highly recommend the Fruit and Spice Park In Homestead, Fl
http://www.fruitandspicepark.com/
Take the tour and the tour guide will pick stuff of the tree for you to try - lots of exotic tropical fruits. Plus you can eat anything that has already fallen off the tree. We had maybe six completley ripe starfruit - nothing like a ripe starfruit!
In the Keys, we got some smoothies at this place:
http://www.bigpinegoodfood.com/
It is a natural foods grocery. It has a little cafe inside. We got some vegan food. The raw stuff is mostly the smoothies and fresh juices.
