    Default New from Wisconsin

I ordered the book and can't wait until it comes. Since Monday I've been trying to eat as raw as I can. Fruit for breakfast, nuts, salads, etc. I woke up this morning all stuffy (don't know if I'm starting to detox or if it's allergies) but I feel really good. Yesterday afternoon I had 1/2 70% chocolate bar and felt really serene afterwards. Plus my sleep as been great the past 3 nights.

So as my log-in name suggests I race moutain bikes all over the state of Wisconsin. I'm 5'9" and weight 170. I decided to go raw because of not feeling as young as I am. I just turned 33 and feel 63. I have allergies, constant abdominal pain, and fatigue. Even though I'm extremely active, I don't feel healthy. I would love to not only feel better, but drop 20 pounds.

Looking forward to many more posts

    hey hey!! Another Wisconsinite!

Nice to meet you. My name's Eric. I bike mainly as a way to get around, but the exercise is great. I just biked from Milwaukee to Madison a few days ago. Unfortunately, I ran out of time and couldn't bike back - had to take the bus back

So what part of Wisconsin are you from? I live in Milwaukee, but I'm planning on moving to Madison. Anyways, welcome to the forum! It's always nice to see other people in the area on here.

Hey Random Violin Guy - I'm in Fond du Lac - 1 hour north of Milwaukee.

Good for you for biking to Madison. That's quite a trip.

I race through the Wisconsin Off Road Series. We have quite a few races around Milwaukee - Alpine Valley, Franklin.

Welcome! You're in the right place. I've only been on the raw diet for 8 days and I feel so much better already!
