Water
I was reading another thread and it inspired to me share with you all my knowledge of maturing water - I wasn't aware of this until my brother taught me after reading it in a book (i'll try and remember the title)
Water can be detrimental to your health if it's just regular old water, but charging and maturing it is the best thing ever! Well, next to drinking cold river water that's been rushing and has a lot of energy stored up
Here is what I do with my water - it really makes all the difference
I have 3 glass gallon jugs that I fill with water from water connection , which is basically a water store here that purifies the water in the store. But you can start out with whatever water you have best access to
I add sea salt, a few table spoons per gallon to taste, I prefer this much but you may like a little less or more. 20 drops of trace minerals per gallon, you can buy these at health food stores I believe. I also add a little less than a tbsp. of MSM (methylsulfomethane) which is a chemical compound in the body and found naturally in rainwater which helps water absorbtion into cells (maybe somebody can share more information on this). I buy this at an herb store, I'm not sure where else you could get it
It's important to spin the water into a vortex by spinning the water really fast one way, and then really fast the other way. This not only mixes in everything you've just added to the water, but the vortex also pulls in cosmic energy into the water. Take a few moments to put your hands on the glass of water and give it your blessings (I either visualize my intentions of blessings or say something like "I bless this water to aid me in my journey ahead")
Leaving the jugs out side at night allows it to absorb the energy of the moonlight and also helps the water to reconstruct. I like to put it in my garden amongst the plants. However, don't let it sit in the sun in the morning for too long, I have found this to be displeasurable (if thats a word) when drinking sun-soaked water.
I think that's about it..I hope I wasn't too confusing =) My brother has also told me about something that's even better than trace minerals, I forget what it is called but I will ask him - it involves placing a rock of sea salt in a glass of water until it dissolves some of the salt, and then...something about until you can't dissolve any more salt into the water, then you add a few drops of it to the water
I will ask him more!
Please enjoy all my talk about water, and remember don't drink water that's been in plastic or that's been around electronics or negative vibrations
and have the best day ever!

Oh and also, spinning the water into a vortex and shaking it in the glass for a minute will agitate the water against itself thus creating even more energy - when you think about how much energy water has naturally rushing down a river, constantly moving over rocks and silt and the water itself, it has a lot of energy and is really what we should be naturally drinking, but since most of us don't live next to a river, this is what we should do with our water!

As a result of what I have read I make a point of sitting my water on the window to get a few hours of afternoon sun.
This contradicts what you have said.

haha well okay..whatever works for you =) i do enjoy for my water to get a bit of sunlight and absorb the energy and light, but it always seems like if i leave it out there for too long, when i go to drink it later it doesn't agree with me
could you elaborate on why you sit in on your windowsill? i actually used to do that with my cups of water

Bodaflower: your description is the way you will make a saturated himalayasalt solution.

* Are you dping this by hand, spinning the bottle/glass first in one direction and then to the other?

I asked him about it, it's called sole (pronounced so-lay) I really want to try it
yes I do it by hand, it's hard to explain how exactly I do it but I think you should be able to figure it out..basically i just grab the top of the jug (i either set it on a bed/floor or hold it in my hands) and move it real quick in a circuler motion..not spinning the whole bottle just moving it in a direction..haha my directions aren't very clear

* What important is for water:
1) cleaning, purification
2) energizing (like you describe)
3) ionizing (getting the right ph, using water ionizers)

Maybe it is because I use distilled water.
I place it on the window on a magnetic coaster and add a few wheat berries to it.

Well, you know why a salmon can jump against the direction of the streaming water? It's because the moving water creates an electric flow against the direction of the water. The salmon uses this as a lift to go upwards...
And if you open a window in the hospital, many germs and ill making
organisms will be killed by the streaming air, but only by streaming air,
"stand by air" will not kill, it is not energized.
When the greeks did say:
Panta Rhei ::. ("Everything flows, nothing stands still)
they also imply that only what streams is energized and alive.
The rest is as good as dead.

Drinking water
One thing I learned at The Optimum Health Institute San Diego is that the amount of water a person should drink is half of your weight. I will say if you weighted 200 pound you half that it is 100 so you should drink 100 ounces of water a day.

Hey, what do you think of my habit of putting a piece of seaweed into my distiller water?
and do I hold my glass jar in my hands or put my hands in the water?
interesting thread
-
I think that seaweed would be great to remineralise your water. I use wheat.
Hold the glass container in your hands and swirl it.
