I am new to this site. I have been 80% raw for few years and now decided to try 100% raw food diet. Raw works like magic for me, but at the beginning of the summer I started craving desserts and the whole lifestyle i worked so hard to get used to, got ruined.
I have been straggeling with diets for most of my life. My family is overweight and never care how they look. I do. I care about my weight, health, what i eat, exercise and overall healthy lifestyle. I work out five to six times a week, doing intensive cardio as well as weights (light weight, high reps). I eat healthy 99.9% of the time, but when i eat processed food, i lose control and overeat... Therefore, my goal is to avoid process food and stick to healthy raw diet for live.
