Friday July 6th 6pm to 8pm World reknown author and lecturer Matt Monarch. He will focus on raw transformation. He has a unique approach which is based on Norman Walker who lived to be 119 years old. Cost is 10 dollars. Registration is required. Seating is limited.

It was very informative. He spoke of 3 core principals. 1) It's more about what you don't eat and what you leave out. 2) Cleansing-Colon Hydrotherapy. 3) Green Vegetable Juice. He also shared with us his story and how eating raw foods led to his spiritual transformation. His information was based off of his own experience, Dr. Norman Walker's work, and Dr. Fred Bisci who is a 40yr. raw foodist. I'm glad I went. :)
