Hello Everyone!!!
I just wanted to announce that we will be having a Raw Food Preparation Class every Saturday at 5:45 PM starting Saturday July 14th. This will be an hour long class.
During the class I will show you how to prepare one entree or dessert.
Every week I will start off making a green smoothie and share it with the group.
These classes will be designed for you to be able to come every week and learn something new. Also, this is an opportunity for you to discuss any problems you might be having during your transition to raw foods.
The cost of the class is $25. And payment must be received the day before the class starts (Fridays). Please email me and let me know if you will be attending.
Also, I want to announce that we now have Raw Organic Soft Ice Cream. The flavor this week is Chocolate. Ingredients: Filtered water, Truly Raw Cashews, Raw Honey, Raw Cocoa, & Sea Salt.

When I get the chance to come over to your side of the water I sure will stop by! I am over in Kitsap County (Poulsbo) and love to visit Snohomish, it is a beautiful town!
