    Default Champion Juicer / Bleach Alternative for Stain Removal

    The manual instructs me to soak all parts in 7 to 1 bleach & water to remove any discoloration. Is there anything less toxic to use???

    Maybe try some vinegar? Vinegar will break up hard water deposits but not sure if it will take the discoloration out, but it's worth a try.

    I don't bother yet, IF I did, I'd try white vinegar also.

    Mine (a Green Star) suggests soaking in water and baking soda overnight to remove discoloration.

    hydrogen peroxide,

    but personally, I just let mine be whatever color it wants to be, although it is mostly white.

    I figure, this way it looks used.

    PS, don't soak the tamper or the heavy grinder part, as they are hollow, and can get water inside them, and it is impossible to get out.
