hey craig,
I personally don't know of any out there but you can type in google : health food stores in that area. Then call a couple of them. Some of them have eat in cafes and some of them will know the area and be able to tell you if there is any around.

Aside from the Whole Foods and Wild Oats, ....mmm? I think there might be a vegan place that might have some raw vegan...I'll ask around and see what I come up with (about 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis)
