Default Where to purchase durian & young coconut?

    Hi

Can't find young coco's or durian in my area (near Boise, Idaho). Does anyone know where to buy online, and hopefully not at terribly high prices?

    Thanks! :)

when I was going nuts looking for young coconuts, I found Amazon selling them! But they were $25 plus shipping for 3! I finally started calling asian markets in my area (Des Moines) and they all carried them. Some one told me Whole Foods would ship them...I never checked it out but I was close to calling them. YCs are my favorite food in the whole world. I asked the asian market I go to for Durien...she said she refused to sell them because they were too stinky. I asked about frozen ones, she'd never heard of them frozen.

I thought Durians only came frozen? I've never seen or heard of a 'fresh' one?

    Default Thanks!

Thanks, everyone! Hadn't thought to check for Asian markets. Don't think we have one in my small town, but probably do in Boise.

A friend and I asked the co-op to order us a case of young coconuts and we are splitting it.
