Hi my name is Monique Bastien.
I'm not knew to raw. I'v been on a vegan diet for 17 years and 2 1/2 years ago my husband and I decided to go 100% raw. I'v been married for 20 years as of April 4/07, we have four children, our oldest Adam just trurned 19 in May; Stefan is 16; Jamie is 13; and our daughter Kaylee just turned 10 in May. Well that's my crew, they keep me pretty busy. I also been homeschooling since my oldest was 7 years old. Which you would think would keep me really busy, but call me crazy, I just add more to my plate. I just had my first raw dessert book published in March and things are starting to pick up. I teach classes and workshops on raw/vegan foods as well. Yes I'm busy but I love it, it's the only job that makes me feel this way. I get to do the two things I love, which is helping people and talking. Ha Ha. Any way got to go, I have alot to do today.
