The 30 day challenge and other threads have some great ideas, recipe plans, and the 30 day challenge usually post what they eat daily.
Anyway, I'm 53 and feel wonderful on primarily raw foods. I've had good reports on all my check ups for the last few years. A perfect weight too.
I have followed the fit for life books for years but would blow it once in a while. I've been getting closer and closer to going all raw the last year, but still would fall off the wagon. I'm mostly raw since I found this message board.
I think what would help me more is getting more creative with my meals and I do need a dehydrator and food proccessor. I've collected some great recipes here. But am saving money for the proper equipment.
I hope we keep this board going. I'm sure we all have lots of things in common at our age. And what an exciting path to be on together! I will be doing a blog soon.
