-Ed & Dagmar of Heart of Florida Organics here in Avon Park have graciously allowed me to come by and conduct an weekly evening Raw Food class for those that would like to learn informally about eating healthy and raw! There will be quick introduction to the Raw Food diet, a raw recipe demonstration/sampler, informal Q & A, a valuable raw resource guide, and much more!

Directions: Take SR 27 to Avon Park (turn East onto SR 64 - which is also the Avon Park Main Street!). Proceed about 1 mile to the intersection of Main Street & Lake Ave (the main stoplight/downtown intersection). Make a right (south). Heart of Florida Organics/Cafe is 1/2 block on the left (east side of the street) - corner store. Parking is on the curb on either side of the street, or around the corner on either side of the street.
Cost is $10.00: Your $10 goes to directly support the mission of www.RawFoodFarm.com & to purchase the wonderful organic produce that is used to prepare our class dishes.
