I just wanted to openly thank you for your advice on sprouting when I had my little dilemna before with the stinky sprouts!
I attempted again to sprout wheat berries and I took your advice about removing the floaters (didn't know to do that before) and it made SUCH a difference. Now I have beautiful sprouts and they smell great...no stinky, cheesy, fermented smell!
