    Default Pure Food Restaurant

    What keeps a restaurnant open?
Does pure food have waitresses? They seem to be successful.

I was reading about raw food restaurants. It is new that they have wine, and raw ice cream. I am wondering if the success keeps it open longer by some of the new ideas that they have.

    Default It's the food....

Pure has the best raw food I have ever had...without question. No other restaurant even comes close. Plus the atmosphere is really pleasant and the staff is very nice. It's a little pricey, but so worth it.

Thanks for sharing your response. Just wanted to know how they stayed open. I guess it is the wine & ice cream. Ny is also a good location.

Grezzo, Alissa's restaurant is by far the best. I've been to Pure, some stuff was good, some stuff not.

Grezzo has the most amazing flavors, unique food and totally fresh.
It really is not like any other place imo.

    :)
