    Default Too complicated for me.

I'm backing out. I'm staying 100% raw but the posting, photos etc. are a little complicated for me. Thanks for promoting the Raw Foodist way.

    Default Not everyone

posts photos or does online journaling. I don't. What I DO like is that there are recipes here I'd have never found and events happening where can meet folk I would never otherwise have met. It's called ~ KISS.

    Be well ~

Philip-if you need ANY help with the forum you can ask here, or send me or Rawkinlocs a message. We would be happy to help.

You can always keep a journal in Word on your pc, or on paper also if you feel a journal would benefit you.

And if not-you are not obligated to do the photo/journal thing at all.
The forum is a wonderful place to share recipes, experiences ,have questions answered and find support.

Whatever you decide to do-I wish you the very best.

    Warmly

    Hi Philip,

You can still find this a beneficial place. Many (most?) people don't post photos (you'll notice the same ones cycling through!!) and many/most don't keep an online journal either.

It can be wonderful place to find support -- sometimes just by reading conversations, sometimes by joining in with comments, or by asking questions that you might have.

I know many people don't have support where they live nor do they know any/many others who are raw foodists. Here in Southern California, there are so very many people who are raw, but there are so many groups, restaurants, and other resources that not that many belong to this forum -- certainly, not in any numbers that reveal the extent of the how well-founded the movement is here. However, there are some of us here who are either too busy or isolated in our lifestyle/familes/careers to socialize within those circles. Or ... some of us are adverse to making raw food our entire lives, so dipping into this forum on occasion is how we make a connection.

Whatever works for you will be great. I just hope you don't leave because it seems too technically overwhelming. It doesn't have to be at all!

    Best to you.
