Default My name is Jennifer and I am addicted~

    to WHEATGRASS juice!! Rah!

Oh my Goddess, this stuff is the liquid gold, food of the heaven's & earth's unity, mind-altering, addictive, green powerhouse fuel!

And on the other plus side (can't seem to find any negatives. . . ) it is by far the best addiction I've ever had. And I liken it to a drug (a super-healthy drug) because it truly is mind-altering and gives me such a healthy rush of energy.

I used to mix it with other veggies. Now I'm loving just drinking my daily 8 ounces straight.

LOVE this stuff. Just wanted to share. Thanks for listening.

I had my first taste of wheatgrass in a smoothie at Whole Foods. It's so delicious! I love the "green" taste it has!
I haven't tried wheatgrass by itself, because shots are so expensive(and so are juicers! ) but hopefully soon i can try some !

haha, and my name is Jennifer, too ;)

Hey, JennaBoBenna ~ cool name! ;) I loooove the grassy taste, too. It is electrifying!

I have this juicer that is made exclusively for wheatgrass juicing. I bought it after holding out for many years due to the fact that I already owned a very good juicer and didn't want to have to purchase a second one. . . but the other one I have doesn't do wheatgrass so well.

It has been so totally worth it to get this tool! I LOVE it! And I think the price is extremely reasonable compared to all the other kinds of juicers out there. In fact, it is the cheapest one I've ever seen (aside from the $40, low-power ones at box stores). Check it out!

Check this out too. I think Revvell has this manual crank juicer for sale.

Here is the BEST sprouter (mho). I have two of these and love them:

I buy my red winter wheat (hard) from www.sproutpeople.com

I would suggest checking this book out from the library to learn all there is to know about wheatgrass. The Wheatgrass Book by Ann Wigmore.

    I use this hand-crank juicer.

Veganforlife Is the best ! She is sooo encouraging and sweet ! Ok I have a question, does the greenstar juicer do wheatgrass or am I better off getting one like you have = in addition to my older Omega juicer. I have been wanting to get into wheatgrass.

I have the HEALTY JUICER as well. I got it for $8 on ebay. It works really well for wheatgrass and other greens!
