Indoor garden

I know a lot of people would love to grow their own greens but don't have garden space. I just remembered a few days ago that when I was a young mom the big thing was window shelves. Anyone remember these? There were two hangers with rows of flat glass shelves that attatched to them. I grew just flowers on it but it would make great little gardens. One could have some on a lot of dif windows.
I did a search and found u can still buy them or make them yourself out of wood. I have a greenhouse so really don't need it but I might just do one window so i have the herbs close at hand and in winter dont have to go out in the cold to get a snip of this or that.
Greens growing in the house is also good for cleaning the air.

This is so true! Not only good for edible purposes, but good for the air quality.
