  1. Default Juicing responsibly?

I saw that Whole Foods recently had a course on juicing responsibly. This, of course, made me wonder, "have I been juicing irresponsibly?" If there is anyone out there who went to the course or has the materials, I would love to know what it was about. Any other input on juicing responsibly is also welcome.

The thread on using the pulp ties in to this--no waste. I like it.

    Thanks!

The best use for pul so far for me has been in flax crackers, nut burgers and fruit leather. Of course this depend on what the pulp is.

Next choice is compost it for the fleurs and trees.

It is, therefore, evident that it is possible to cure by foods, aliments and fruits; but as today the science of medicine is imperfect, this fact is not yet fully grasped. When the science of medicine reaches perfection, treatment will be given by foods, aliments, fragrant fruits and vegetables, and by various waters, hot and cold in temperature.

My rabbit had to have an operation recently and can't eat hard foods so I feed him the pulp. May try feeding the rest to the dogs when I get home and juice. Should be interesting!:)
