    Default Wheatgrass juicing vs. blending

Are there any added benefits to juicing the wheatgrass rather than just blending it in with my green smoothies?

I guess this may be the same thing. I should just get rid of my wheatgrass juicer since I can throw the whole grass in my shakes and get the same benefits. that juicer is a pain in the bootie to clean too. :)

I believe you'll get more chlorophyll into your system with juicing and not blending it. Some believe the fiber is too hard to break down. All the wheat grass experts I've read about juice it, not blend it, like Ann Wigmore.

wow...so it wasn't a dumb question! I'm wondering how the fibers don't get broken down when they are completely blended into a green smoothie though? It just seems like it would be the same thing for your body to process....

but I'm not a dietician either so digestive processes are all greek to me...
