    Default Headache help is here!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share something that has REALLY helped me a lot with headaches. Some probably already know about it but I thought I would post it in case anyone doesn't know. Peppermint essential oil is really good for relieving headaches (as well as stress and muscle aches). I noticed a lot of people posting about getting headaches while detoxing so I thought this might help. The one thing is, make sure to get a really strong, pure essential oil. It should actually burn the skin when it is pure, but dilute it with olive oil until you find the right balance for you. I have a little roller thing to distribute the oil and I rub it all over the back of my neck, top of my head and temples. This has truly been one of the only things I have found to be effective, natural and safe for headache relief.

    Thanks Analeah,

Can you recommend a brand name and maybe where it can be located? My wife needs something other than 4 or 5 BC Powders a day.:)

Hmm Kirk, I wish I could recommend a brand name at the moment but the stuff I have was given to me as a gift by my friend and massage therapist before I left. I think she gets some of the purest and highest quality oils and then dilutes them but I am not sure about the brand name. I will email her sometime this week and find out the brand name and post it. Other than that I would say if you go to a store they usually have samples you can test, so try dabbing some on the inside of your rist or someplace else where skin is sensative and if you feel a tingling/burning sensation, depending on how strong it is that means it is good quality. If you go to a health food store or another store where someone will be able to help you ask them if the oil has been diluted and how strong it is etc althogh usualy they will all just tell you it is one hundred percent pure lol.

OH! Her poor tummy with all of that aspirin! Ouch! I love Migrastick. It is convinient and works. Acupressure and Chiropractic can eliminate headaches by going to the root of the issue. I am a Master Herbalist and could make an Herbal blend for her if I knew more... :) Feel free to email me IntuitveHealers@aol.com
