    Default buckwheat sprouts

Can anyone tell me if sunflower and buckwheat grass can be grown in the FreshLife Sprouter? Also, does it use only water, no soil or any other medium?

Yes, any seed/grass can be sprouted in the Fresh Life Sprouter sysem. And yes, it uses just water, not soil. I have noticed it really sprouts seeds quicker then any other system I've ever tried. I have two (double barrels) that I use all the time. I love it.
