    Default Buckwheat gone cuckoo?

I looked up hulled buckwheat on sproutpeople last night, socaked my buckies and let them sprout overnight, rinsed, sprouted, rinsed and had some an hour ago (so they've been sprouting for nearly 24 h)...
I've never had buckwheat ever before, and it tasted kind of floury and not very veggie-ish. they had no tails or anything, but sproutpeople aid they only needed a short sprouting period..

so I wonder: are my buckies ok? or have they gone all buck-wire?

    love

They sound fine - buckwheat doen't have a strong taste at all. I'm sure you will see little tails soon - they will look like micro mini Hershey kisses ;)
