I have different favorites all the time. I guess it depends on the ingredients I have on hand. My favorite lately is pretty straight up Green Smoothie:

    1 Banana
    Strawberries (probably about 2 cups)
    Pineapple (probably about 1.5 cups)
Spinach (however much you can tolerate! I go for 50/50)
    Parsley (just a bit)
    Cinammon (again, just a bit)
Water to desired consistency (I like thick so I usually use 1/2 cup)

Sometimes I'll substitute a pear for the pineapple. Really you could use any sweet fruit. Also, I'll sometimes use fresh Orange juice instead of Water. One of these days I'll try it with carrot juice instead of water.

This is the one I've been doing lately. I'm using dandelion to help cleanse my liver:

    4 pieces of kale
    3 dandelion leaves
    1 orange
    3 frozen bananas
    dash of water

Right now the one i drink all the time is very light, as I am in Florida, and it just feels right!

    1 whole cucumber
    1 skinned Grapefruit
as MUCH baby spinach as you like (I use a LOT, it turns KELLY GREEN )
    a squeeze of lemon
    stevia (optional)

    a vitamix, a pretty glass, a straw!

I think that God must smile on those
who hold on tight to what they are dreamin' of

    Juices of: (combined and downed!)

    2 handfuls of spinach
    2 baby cucumbers
    2 stalks of celery
    2 handfuls of romaine
    1 handful of wheatgrass

I add some sea salt and some cayenne pepper, and I must say...after drinking it, I feel completely rawsome!

Seems like I change them up quite a bit - at least the fruit part
    large handful sunflower greens
    large handful buckwheat lettuce
brazil nut milk (or sometimes young coconut + meat)
    banana
    blackberries - about 1/2 cup
    ice

    At least for this week!

I change it up a lot too. Most of the time it's:

    2 cups filtered water
    handful of spinach
    banana
    whatever fruit (fresh or frozen)
    1 tbsp. spirulina

But lately instead of the water, I've been using almond/Brazil nut mylk. YUM-OH!!!

    kale or baby spinach
    green grapes
    mango
    banana
    water

I know I'm supposed to switch it up, but this one is my favorite right now, and its the only one I'm making!
