Question Curiosity: juicing nettles - how about the toxins? / link...

    Hi all!

Just another curios question I am thinking about:
If I juice nettles: what about their toxin within their tiny little hairs? They contain Acetylcholine, Histamine, and Serotonin.

    BTW -
an excellent link on nettles: http://www.bio.davidson.edu/people/k...tles/home.html
and on "Contact-Poisonous Plants of the World": http://mic-ro.com/plants/index.html

    bye

My buddy, brigittemars.com loves nettles and grows them too...each year I plan on growing them, but haven't so far. It spreads like crazy. She has given me some but maybe this year I have to get a flower pot where I can keep it contained and grow it. She has been super nice to share and I know it's great for hair. I can't say how to make a tea is what I would use it for.
