    Default New here and going raw in New England [SE Mass.]

    Hi Everyone!

    I've been "lurking" for a little while and this seems like a really positive and friendly board!

    I live in Southeastern MA and have been exploring a lot of raw and living foods lately. Would love to meet people in my area that might be interested in planning a pot luck or something. I love to prepare food and have been really enjoying experimenting with the different "styles" of raw food preparation.

    I am 38 yo, work as a psychiatric rehabilitation counselor, currently finishing up yoga teacher training, am a massage therapist, trained as midwife and attended births [as a doula or midwife] for about 16 years, and am going to nursing school in January. I have one fabulous 22 yo son, live on a working berry farm, and am a SERIOUS beach bum!

    Nice to be here and looking forward to getting to know everyone.
