Class Description:
Class introduces the participant to Raw/Live Foods. Raw/Live Foods include fresh, raw fruit and vegetables, soaked nuts, and sprouted seeds. Celebrity Raw Foodists include Woody Harrelson, Demi Moore, Alicia Silverstone, Supermodel Carol Alt and Sting. Topics of discussion include: What are Live Foods? What are Raw Foods? The importance of Enzymes. Body Chemistry (Alkaline and Acid). Health benefits of Raw/Live Foods. Food sampling includes dessert, entree, non-dairy drink.
