    Post K-Tec and sprouts - a question

Hello everyone, I am very new to Raw and haven't started as yet but am gathering all my info. I'm not much of a flesh consumer as it is and for over 23 years have stuck to fish or chicken. I just received Alissa's book and already have a Nesco Snack Master Dehydrator and was thinking about trying to start sprouting and some of the sprouted grain recipes (bread, etc). I already have a K-Teck Kitchen Champ which consists of the Blender, Food Processor and Meat Grinder/Pasta maker. What i want to know is if this can handle processing the sprouted grain? I keep reading about the champion juicer and the 'blank' sheet or the Vitamix. I absolutely cannot afford to purchase new equiptment. Any ideas/experiences?

    Thanks for the help!

Definitely. I use my K-Tec for grinding nuts, seeds and grains all the time.
