This should give you a heads up on what you could for a living!! In your other thread you posted you didn't know what you wanted to major in.
    ...so maybe IT?

Just a thought and thanx for the info. I take it for granted...someone could tell me dirt is nutricious and I'd believe them...wouldn't ask for the nutritional info.

    Hi SmilingKyle -

This is great - thanks for the info.

One thing I noticed is that for lentils, for example, some values increased (like protein), but others decreased. Is that how you are reading it as well?

    Thanks, Kyle!!

You know what kills me about this? Sprouts are CHEAP and easy to grow. Think how many families in poor countries, especially those with soil and farming challenges, could be getting better nutrition than the white rice rations (or less) that they currently have. The nutrition, protein, and ease of growing would be a great way to bring more nutrition into their homes. Just a thought.

To look at this chart, it seems to me that sprouts are not as nutritious as I thought. Maybe (I HOPE) I'm reading this wrong. Can you help me decifer everything?

I'm exactly the same way. They should hand out degrees for the hours logged. I've learned way more on my own than in a class.

You could start your own research business or be a consultant for a company. Law firms always need research assistants. And college professors. Since you enjoy health info, maybe a health or medical related job would be interesting.
