I ordered the Excalibur from an on-line company at the beginning of Jan. Well weeks went by and no dehydrater. I called the company and they said they goofed and sent it. Two weeks later (and a month and a half since i origionally ordered it) I have my dehydrater.

However.......I don't see an instruction manual. Does the excalibur come with one? How do I know how to and clean it without one? Hmm.....wondering if any of you know? I am anxious to use it.
