I want to sprout Barley (to make Alissa's "mexican rice") First a bought pearl barley, but then found out it's the wrong kind. Now i have bought Organic Barley Grain and it says "This barley grain is the whoel grain with the husk intact"...Doesn't sound like hullled barley to me... I asked at the health food shop for barley for sprouting...did I get "done"??
