    Smile MA Meet up?

I know there are scheduled potlucks, etc., but I'm dying to meet some other raw fooders and sample their stuff. Or, as a couple of us discussed not long ago, maybe we could all meet up at the organic restaurant in Beverly?

    Default Let's meet soon!

The potlucks are great - don't be intimidated, and you can always leave early!
I am going to try and go to the Quincy on Tuesday night.
Maybe I'll see one or both of you there!

Gyrokinesis(R) is defined as a "system of exercise created to awaken the body's nervous system. It promotes greater range of motion in the joints through repetitive movement. The seated exercises are practiced in a natural flowing rhythm, making this form of exercise appropriate for all ages and levels of fitness.

Kathleen Anderson has a Masters' degree in Dance Movement therapy from Antioch/New England Graduate School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from S.U.N.Y, Brockport. She is certified in the Kripalu method of yoga and also completed the two year Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training taught by Patricia Walden. In Pilates she has both the Physical Mind (2000) and the Stott (2001 - Present) styles of training. To keep current with the latest Pilates methodology, she most recently became certified in Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonics. Having studied with Kathy Van Patten of Boston, MA and Sebastian Plettenberg of N.Y., N.Y., Kathleen uniquely blends her dance, yoga, Pilates and Gyrotonic backgrounds to offer a safe and effective way of working out.

RAFT asserts that raw food advances healing and health because it preserves the natural enzymes in foods, helping the body digest food naturally abd thoroughly.

RAFT considers cooking to render food a non-living object, causing an immune response in the body when eaten. Raw food triggers no immune response, the body accepts and absorbs raw food as real food. I just moved back to the area. I'm in for the Waltham and Quincy Pot Lucks. When are people meeting in Beverly?

    Default Getting together...

    Hi MA folks!
I would love to host a RFT gathering if anyone is interested. It doesn't have to be an exclusive RFT thing, bring whoever you'd like but we could have an informal raw pot luck for those who have been unable to get to the other events.
I'm in Maynard, next to Concord, Acton, Sudbury, Stow
Most evenings are good or even a weekend lunch would work.
Let me know what you guys think.
    Adrienne

PS Thanks Becca for the message about Kaia, she is pretty cute if I don't say so myself! ;) Come on over and meet her!
