If anyone in the Houston area is interested in taking a Level I Living on Live Food certification class, I am offering one this Saturday, January 20, and another on Friday January 26 - from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
As much as I enjoy doing these classes, I find that I must put them on the "back burner" so to speak, for a while. My business focus and interests in sharing the raw lifestyle haven taken a different turn, and I no longer have adequate time to devote to classes. The raw food magazine I am producing is a major project and doesn't afford time for family, production, and classes. And since my family is here to stay, the classes have got to go - at least for now.
I do have a few people signed up for the classes already, but there is still room for a few more. If you would like to attend, feel free to send me an email: anna@therawtable.com.
Also, for those of you that showed an interest, my level II class, originally scheduled for mid-February, is going to have to be moved back a bit. If there is still some interest, I can reschedule to late March. If there isn't enough interest, it will be cancelled.
