    Wink Just finished first 3-day juice fast.

    Hi! I am new to the forum, but have enjoyed reading your posts for a few weeks!

    I did a 3-day juice fast this week, and was a little surprised because if feelt really good - almost immediately. I have heard about the problems people have with dizziness, nausea, etc., but I didn't have any problems other than a really bad headache the first day - so bad that i had to eat something small (an avacado). It got a little better, but the next day, it was much better.

    I lost a few pounds, but i haven't had any noticible changes with the whole "colon situation" and was wondering if that meant i needed to do the fast for longer to rid myself of those toxins? Does anyone have any advice?

    Congrats on doing 3 days of juice fasting! Yes, it may probably take fasting longer because the first 3 days you're really just getting started! ;)

    I've never gone long, though I've tried, so I do commend you for making the first 3 days...but if you CAN go longer and want to see more results, I'd definitely suggest going longer...like 7 to 10 days up to about 21 or 30 days to REALLY see some major changes.
    Detox getting rough?
