    Default I have this book

You know- when I read this post the name of the book rang a *bell* so I checked in my recipe book cabinet & sure enough-I have it.

Have I used it-NO...I remember reading some of it & it's a *FUN* book-but I always go back to my Fav book for recipes....

Living on Live Food...By Alissa Cohen... This book just can't be beat.

    Smile alissa's book

well-can i buy alissa's book but not an e-book. i like regular books.is it in the regular store like say barnes and noble?i am starting to think this is too much to do.i have wheat berries sprouting and lentils.yam chips are drying in the food dryer and i have beet chips going. i have been juicing.i feel like this is all good.i got that book cause it seemed simple enough for me.it is fun.well-i have "the complete book of raw".i like the idea of controlling my appetite till i can actually eat pure and raw food. i feel it is a way for weight control in alot of ways.i don't know what i really think yet about not eating beans or gluten.i always made homemade from stratch gluten.so this is all a new thing.thanks for answering.

Alissa's book is over 300 pages. I doubt you'll ever see it as an ebook ~ then again...

You can purchase it through her site: www.Alissacohen.com. Occasionally you'll see it in various stores/raw food restaurants as well.

And yes, I've had the book you mentioned and used it when I first got started. Too much work, plus, if you look at the man, to me, he's not the epitomy of health. Alissa is. Oh! And order her dvd's as well. They'll show you how easy raw can really be.
