Default What to do with orange pulp?

I've just gotten done juicing some oranges, and used a strainer to strain the pulp out... what can I do with the pulp?

I use it in raw carrot cake. It helps hold things together, and along with some of the grated rind (organic oranges only) gives a lovely orange flavor to the cake.

    Hope this helps
