    Default Better than therapy

I have quite taken to writing a blog! It's quite enlightening putting your thoughts down and being able to read them. I've just been typing things as they pop into my head but I can then analyse what I've written and really work out how I was feeling at the time any given event happened.

Not only better than therapy but a lot cheaper!

I've had a couple of emails from people also coming back to raw so it's encouraging to know that I'm not alone.

I love blogs. I feel self-indulgant about it sometimes, so I posted: "A waste of time to learn about me. You are warned!!" ;) But I love posting on it ^_^

    Default I started a blog..

I started a blog but have not posted in a while. I really need to get back to it as it was quite fun & therapeutic.

    Yes very therapeutic!!!! :)

It is, therefore, evident that it is possible to cure by foods, aliments and fruits; but as today the science of medicine is imperfect, this fact is not yet fully grasped. When the science of medicine reaches perfection, treatment will be given by foods, aliments, fragrant fruits and vegetables, and by various waters, hot and cold in temperature.

Trinity - just had a look at your blog - love your description of the raw chocolate bar!! I have tried Lara bars and they aren't too bad but there are some bars on the market that are awful.

All the more reason to make our own!!

BTW, I haven't figured out yet how to make my blog look fancy - it's just text at the moment!! The pics on yours liven it up.
