    Smile ShapeShifts question

Hello all ... for anyone who takes ShapeShift.. What do you add to it for a shake or do you like it plain?

I just got mine today along with the therapetic Enzymes .. and Im trying to figure out the best way to take it.
I have been in a very bad flair since Friday..(worse one I have had this year) I think having Shapeshifter and the Enzymes will be such a help with starting this raw life ....since it hurts all over and I just cant handle moving around that much right now..

I found the taste too strong so I split the amount and put one scoop in a smoothie in the morn and one in the afternoon/eve. I put it in a pudding today......very yummy. I think it works best in a smoothie with banana in it....can't really explain why. I've only had mine a week or so, so I'm just trying things out.

You guys have to love this! I am in love with this product!
    I don't think itÂ’s strong at all!
Although when i owned my health food store many years ago when i was not all raw i used to make a drink with apple juice, almonds and every kind of supplement you can imagine: a heaping TB of spirulina, brewers years, wheat germ, greens... it was this thick, dark green concoction that used to flip my customers out!
So maybe thatÂ’s why the shape shift taste like one of the best things ive ever drank!
But really, here is my new recipe; it has a little twist...
***Coconut water and meat of one coconut
***A FROZEN banana (Dennis did this and it made it taste unbelievable) i usually donÂ’t like anything cold, but try this, it gives it a totally different taste!
*** Two scoops of shape shift
    Blend well, drink and rejoice
Seriously my taste buds arenÂ’t that pure that no one else would like this!
    Let me know!!!

Im in love with this also.
It has completely stopped my cravings for sweets and really fills me up. It has helped to stop the binging when i feel that coming on also.
I also like the protein powder but i like the taste of this even more, its creamier.
    love,
    Dane

At the Ancient Harvest website ( http://www.livingharvest.com/ ) they have a recipe section. Here's some for ShapeShift:

    SHAPESHIFT SPREAD
Mix 1 avocado, 1 scoop Shapeshift, 1 tsp hemp oil, 1 tsp hemp nut and salt to taste Makes a great cracker or sandwich spread

    SHAPESHIFT SMOOTHIE
8oz. Veggie juice (ie. V8, Knudson Very Veggie, etc.)
    1 Scoop of Shapeshift
    Shaken in a covered container
    Add hemp seed

I just ordered some of the product. I can't seem to find it in stores here. Looking forward to trying it.
