Default The taste of SAD food

I hope everyone is in good health and having a good day. Right now I am struggling to be raw; my dehydrator is on its way. I have missed my "crunchy" food and my filling food, so I have been back sliding a bit into SAD. I noticed today, the food LOOKS so good but after a bite or two you realize it just has a bland taste, example, I was having trouble with some chocolate covered nuts, after the first 2 I did not want them because they didnt taste how they looked. Does this makes since? All the food I have encountered (sad) it looks better than it tastes...
I dont understand why I crave the food? I think I crave the pictures more than the food...very unnerving to me!

Smile Our mind is a powerful thing

I, too, ran accross that in the beginning of my raw journey ... and even still.

In my mind, my memory, I think the food is awesome yet when I eat it I am so disappointed ... which is a good thing
