    Default Raw Vegas?

    Hi all-
We've just had the crazy idea to go to Vegas for the holiday (solstice/christmas) I am wondering what anyone knows about eating raw in Vegas...any good hints, maybe even a raw restaurant? We live in a very rural area, choices here for eating out are few even if you eat cooked food!! I would love someone else to prepare my meals and clean the juicer.
    Thank you ahead of time!

BTW: We just made "Scrumptious Samosas" from The Complete Book of Raw Food. They are so good, quite expensive though. Great for a party too, no one can believe they aren't fried!

RVM- I saw a reply you made to something and noticed you were from Vegas. It's what made me think to ask. I was just going to eat salad bars. I never imagined Vegas as having a raw community. I suppose Vegas the town is quite different than the Strip.

My last 2 trips to Las Vegas I didn't make it to the Go Raw Cafe, someday I will! But the salad bars at the Casino buffets are really awesome and in the Venetian they did have a juice/smoothie bar. It was there last April, not sure about now though.

    Have a great trip!

My trip to Vegas wasn't soo good... when it came to eating raw. The two raw restuarants that are there are 15 minutes outside of the city. That equates to $50 bucks in a taxi cab ONE WAY.. needless to say I did not go. However, if you rent a car, then you can go to the two raw restaurants that are in Vegas. I stayed at the Hilton.. and I felt ripped off eating raw at dinner paying $19.00 for the buffet. I was w/my parents and didnt' want to venture out alone..
    Just my 2cents.

SKIP THE FOOD AND GO SEE PRINCE!!!

It is, therefore, evident that it is possible to cure by foods, aliments and fruits; but as today the science of medicine is imperfect, this fact is not yet fully grasped. When the science of medicine reaches perfection, treatment will be given by foods, aliments, fragrant fruits and vegetables, and by various waters, hot and cold in temperature.
