    Sure. They are a mild nut when raw. Mostly bland and chewy - but a little creamier than other raw nuts.

    Wow, I have to disagree: pistachios are very flavorful. There really isn't any other taste to compare them to; they are very unique tasting.

    Pistachios are very flavorful! I've heard they get their taste from worms that crawl through them...

    All this talk about pisctachio is making me crave them.
    I think they taste a bits like peanuts, but way better.
    I am getting some next time I am in a health food store.
