I think you will be amazed when you start eating raw! You will notice the difference fast.
You can set up a timeframe for yourself and work towards that. Let's say you tell yourself I will do it for one week. Than you can decide to go longer.
It is all about intention.
I think yoga and raw foods is an excellent combination.
I did yoga before, just a little. But now by being on raw foods for almost 2 months, I got the message to start with yoga again.
I think those two will do miracles.
I hope you will make it work and I am looking forward to see you pictures on the net.
I am using fotoshop to resize my pictures, I just figured it out myself.
Ok, wish you a good start. Know that the beginning can be challenging, but it is worth trying.
