I want to treat myself to a few raw books for Christmas any suggestions?

I just listed a book called Rawsome! by Brigitte Mars on Ebay. It had alot of information about specific foods. Also some recipes for cleansing and just good recipes in general.

My vote goes to Raw Food REal World. Very Chic recipes and many photos (I'm very visual).

For easy recipes, get Gabrielle Chavez's book Raw Food. It was the first one I bought, and I still use it every week. No photos, though.

Another good raw book is "The Raw Food Factor" by Susan Schenck, if you would like to see some raw science.

BuddyLive, that book sounds interesting. Does it get into the science of enzymes and what live enzymes do for us, etc?

if you want enzyme science... go to the original man - Dr. Edward Howell "Enzyme Nutrition".. it's small and cheap and is loaded with info about raw vs. cooked

Rawfoodiemom, I think Dr. Edward Howell "Enzyme Nutrition".. would be a better choice about enzymes. She does get into enzymes though.

These are also my 3 most favorite along with Alissa's book. I have most other raw food books on the market and enjoy browsing through them all but these top 4 are really the only ones I use consistently.
