    Default stay RAW on Thanksgiving!

For those of you having a meal with non-raw family tomorrow.....I have a word of advice. STAY RAW!!!! I ate Thanksgiving dinner this past Sunday and slipped up bad....I ate tons of SAD mashed potatoes and stuffing (made with white bread, turkey grease, and who knows what else).....and I feel AWFUL!!! I've got strep throat now and can barely swallow or talk. I ache everywhere and feel like I'm gonna die. ughughugh This is so miserable. I wish I could take back everything I ate. It was soooo not worth it! STAY RAW tomorrow and don't do what I did or you'll regret it later.

    Take care everyone!

This Thanksgiving holds nothing for me. I really don't want to eat anything different than normal for me.

I am so sorry to hear that you went through that. We learn a lesson every time we choose to eat cooked, huh? ;)

Oh gosh, did I ever learn a lesson. I'm kinda worried now. I'm sure I have strep throat. I don't want to go to the doctor....that could possibly be worse than eating cooked. I don't have a stuffy nose or water eyes, but my throat is soooo sore and covered in white spots (supposed to be strep symptom), and all of my muscles ache. My throat hurts so bad I can hardly swallow, talk, or yawn. ughugh I've been fasting all day and gargling apple cider vinegar. Any helpful remedies?

i will definitely be raw this Thanksgiving...as i was in 2004...2005 was SAD and it was then that i learned that a raw Thanksgiving does not equal deprived. i will be cooking all of the wonderful food that my family is so fond of and i will be enjoying almond hummus, organic tomatoes and beautiful greens. lucky me :)
My heart is singing for joy this morning! A miracle has happened! The light of understanding has shone upon my little pupil's mind, and behold, all things are changed!
