I eat fairly normal schedule from day to day. I am a grazer and rarely eat a meal. I eat 5-6 times a day. Almost always a mono type meal. Today it was 1/2 Banana..run and work out then an Apple...then some Flax Crackers.......an apple...a few more crackers...green drink and then an apple in my car.... broccoli for dinner ...glass red wine right now...and off to bed. So I ate 8 times today.
This is normal for me.
