Default Does blending food destroy enzymes?

I am reading Gerson's book and can't believe my eyes - it looks like using electric blenders actually destroys enzymes(at least some of them), which is the base of raw food philosophy. So my question is
Are Vitamix, other blenders and centrifugal juicers destroying enzymes?

“At first I thought that liquefiers would be the most wonderful thing. All the material was there, nothing was lost. But it didn’t work. Then I found out through a physicist that in the liquefier, in the center, there is positive electricity and in the fluid there is negative electricity. This electricity kills the oxidizing enzymes. And that is also true for centrifugal juicer and the other apparatus. The juice must therefore made by a grinder and a separate press - if possible, made of stainless steel.”

from the Max Gerson book A Cancer Therapy, 2002 edition, p 406

Do you know any other sources of information about it?

Tough one. I have some broken cell chlorella to aid absorbtion. On other sources for healing I am advised also to try to eat the food whole as they claim that the blades destroy the nutrition and enzymes. Perhaps if your stomach is not absorbing properly for some reason having it blended aids absorption. I also find this overwhelming.

On the other hand though, Gerson therapy calls for a lot of finely grated fruits and veggies and a lot of juices(probably for easier absorption), but extracted by presses, not by even juicers like Champion, which he claimed did not extract enough nutrients to heal cancers.
I do not know if his clinic used hand graters or electric ones.
